About Me
Cooking is my hobby and good, healthy eating is what I thrive on. I chose software engineering as my profession, but the kitchen chose me as a cook. At the age of 12 years old my parents taught me to cook so that I could have dinner ready for them when they arrived home from work.
I married a German woman in 1988 and because she doesn't like cooking, it became my chore. Today I don't think of it as a chore; it's my pleasure. I mostly enjoy international cooking and I love entertaining friends and family with interesting appetizers, entrees and deserts.
